The room size was good, especially for our family of five. Beds were super comfy, which was a big plus. Loved the setup with a small refrigerator and microwave—very handy. The bathroom was just okay, a bit dated but functional. Noise could be an issue. we could hear doors slamming and some commotion from adjacent rooms. Overall, decent room but could use a few updates.

The two queen beds in our room offered extreme comfort, and the presence of USB ports made charging devices convenient. However, despite planning, we were placed on the second floor instead of the first, which was disappointing. Maid service was inconsistent and frequently ignored our requests, leading us to tidy up after ourselves. Additionally, the breakfast selection felt monotonous on a diabetic diet, lacking variety beyond the available hot options.

Had a great time with friends! We checked out the Mayo Civic Center and explored some local stores. The beds were comfy, and having a microwave and fridge was helpful. Breakfast was decent, too. Perfect for our group outing!

Housekeeping could use some improvement. we found a used cleaning glove left in our room. Not cool at all.
